KEEP YOUR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FULLY MAINTAINED FOR AS LITTLE AS $176.00 INCL. GST

We will:

• Clean your air filters.
• Check/test electrical components & moving parts
• Check suction and discharge operating pressures.
• Check refrigerant pressure levels
• Check air supply at all diffusers or fan coil units.
• Check condensation drain line and flush or blow out if required
• Check for air leaks in ductwork and repair.

NOTE: This is a routine maintenance fee and does not include cost of new parts or additional labour if required
